Rescue Life 9 is the new flagship product, the result of continuous research and development carried out for more than 30 years by Progetti Medical. The device uses biphasic waveform technology (BTE) which makes it easy to compensate the shock waveform to match the patient's impedance. Based on the measured patient impedance, biphasic technology adjusts the duration of current flow to optimize the effectiveness of shock delivery. A message on the display indicates the correct impedance level detected by the defibrillator before carrying out the discharge.
